The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  De Kalb County in Middle Tennessee...
  Coffee County in Middle Tennessee...
  Warren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Bedford County in Middle Tennessee...
  White County in Middle Tennessee...
  Cannon County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 345 PM CST.

* At 142 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated rains are starting to exit
  the advisory area, however flooding is still ongoing. Many roads
  are closed.  Creeks and rivers are running extremely high, if not
  already overflowing and spilling into roadways.  Please do not try
  to drive through flooded areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Shelbyville, McMinnville, Manchester, Sparta, Smithville, Woodbury,
  Morrison, Wartrace, Doyle, Bell Buckle, Dowelltown, Liberty,
  Auburntown, Centertown, Normandy, Viola, Hamptons Crossroads,
  Virgin Falls State Natural Area, Rock Island State Park and
  Beechgrove.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 97 and 122.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
