* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Overton County in Middle Tennessee...
  Pickett County in Middle Tennessee...
  Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  East central Clay County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...
  Fentress County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 445 PM CST.

* At 1242 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area, leading to Flash flooding of creeks and streams, as
  well as low lying and poor draining areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Crossville, Livingston, Jamestown, Byrdstown, Fairfield Glade, Crab
  Orchard, Allardt, Pleasant Hill, Grimsley, Cumberland Mountain
  State Park, Slate Springs, Rickman, Pall Mall, Lake Tansi, Indian
  Rock Lake, Clarkrange, Crawford and Pickett State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
