the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County

. Heavy rainfall has caused Richland Creek above Pulaski to rise.  It is expected
to crest overnight just below flood stage.

* Flood Advisory for
  The Richland Creek Above Pulaski
* At 08AM Wednesday the stage was 16.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 19.5 feet after midnight tomorrow.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken Creek Rd and the
  Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be subject to closure
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
