. River levels have fallen below action stage, and will continue to fall over
the next few days.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Red River At Port Royal
* At 5 PM Wednesday the stage was 22.4 feet.
* Action stage is 25.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
