The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  North central Sumner County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1130 PM CDT.

* At 829 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in south
  of Portland due to thunderstorm training. This will cause urban
  and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will
  result in minor flooding. Doppler radar estimates up to one inch
  of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
