The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Davidson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Western Rutherford County in Middle Tennessee...
  Williamson County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 534 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Doppler radar estimates up to
  two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Murfreesboro, Franklin, Smyrna, Brentwood, La Vergne, Nolensville,
  Forest Hills, Thompson's Station, Walterhill, Eagleville,
  Christiana, Natchez Trace At Highway 96, Triune, Rockvale and
  Leipers Fork.

Additional rainfall of one inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 near mile marker 195.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 56 and 75.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 63 and 83.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 15 and 61.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
