SOUTHWESTERN LAWRENCE AND PERRY COUNTIES UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT...

At 1059 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Decaturville, or 10 miles west of Linden, moving southeast at 30 mph.

Pea size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Waynesboro, Linden, Loretto, Collinwood, Clifton, Lobelville, St.
Joseph, Cypress Inn, Flatwoods, Lutts, Leoma, Mousetail Landing State
Park, Westpoint and Iron City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
