SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY...CHEATHAM AND SOUTHWESTERN ROBERTSON
COUNTIES UNTIL 545 PM CDT...

At 454 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Coopertown to 12 miles northwest of White
Bluff. Movement was southeast at 10 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Springfield, Ashland City, Millersville, Greenbrier, Coopertown,
Ridgetop, Pleasant View, Charlotte, Cedar Hill and Cheatham Dam.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 15 and 31.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
