.As the low clouds move out of Middle TN, calm winds and wet
grounds from yesterday's rains are combining to help fog
development. Some spots will see less than 1/4 mile visibility.
Foggy conditions should improve by 9 am this morning, but in the
meantime, please use caution on area roadways.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* VISIBILITY...Less than 1/4 mile in many areas.

* IMPACTS...Poor driving conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
