This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Numerous showers and thunderstorms will spread across Middle
Tennessee late tonight. 1 to 3 inches with some higher amounts are
anticipated across northwest Middle Tennessee, which may cause
some flooding of roads and low lying areas. A Flood Watch is in
effect for northwest Middle Tennessee starting late tonight.

A few strong to possibly severe storms cannot be ruled out late
tonight. Damaging winds are possible south of I-40 after midnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A few strong to possibly severe storms cannot be ruled out
Thursday morning. Damaging winds and maybe a brief tornado are
possible south of I-40.

The Flood Watch continues through the day Thursday as numerous
storms continue to move through Middle Tennessee.

Another strong storm system is expected to affect Middle Tennessee
Monday or Tuesday of next week, with more locally heavy rainfall
possible and potentially some strong to severe storms.
