The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Davidson County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 145 AM CST.

* At 1145 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Doppler radar estimates up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Nashville, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Belle Meade, Lakewood,
  Hermitage, Old Hickory, Bellevue, Berry Hill and Bells Bend.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 193 and 215.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 80 and 88.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 47 and 52.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
