...The flood advisory continues for the Duck River...

  Duck River Near Hurricane Mills AFFECTING Humphreys County

. Runoff from recent rainfall has caused the Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
to rise above action stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until late Sunday night.
* At 10 PM Friday the stage was 21.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Action stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 21.6 feet by Sunday morning, and below
  action stage by Sunday night.
* At 22.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 are flooded
  and may be impassable.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 begin to
  flood and there is significant flooding of agricultural land along the river
  from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of agricultural land and other low lying areas along
  the river begin to flood from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
