The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Smith County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Wilson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Macon County in Middle Tennessee...
  Trousdale County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 842 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continues this
  morning due to thunderstorms repeatedly moving across the advisory
  area. Radar estimates 2 to 4 inches of rain have fallen this
  morning. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lebanon, Lafayette, Carthage, Hartsville, Gordonsville, Red Boiling
  Springs, Hickman, South Carthage, Tuckers Crossroads, Dixon
  Springs, Pleasant Shade and Dickerson Chapel Recreation Area.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 235 and 263.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water on roadways and in urban areas is occurring or is
imminent.
