The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Lewis County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Houston County in Middle Tennessee...
  Perry County in Middle Tennessee...
  Humphreys County in Middle Tennessee...
  Western Hickman County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1030 AM CDT.

* At 825 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Waverly, Hohenwald, Camden, Linden, New Johnsonville, McEwen,
  Hurricane Mills, Lobelville, Flatwoods, I-40 Near The Tennessee
  River, Bucksnort, Mousetail Landing State Park, Pleasantville and
  Houston County Airport.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 136 and 157.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
