...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHERN OVERTON...JACKSON AND
NORTHERN PUTNAM COUNTIES UNTIL 1230 AM CDT...

At 1147 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Gainesboro, moving east at 20 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Livingston, Gainesboro, Algood, Monterey, Rickman and
Cummins Falls State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.
