* At 314 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated more moderate to heavy rain
  moving over areas which have already received 1.5 to 2 inches of
  rain. An additional 0.5 inches to 1 inch of rain is possible over
  the next several hours.

  Columbia, Lewisburg, Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Hohenwald, Centerville,
  Waynesboro, Linden, Spring Hill, Mount Pleasant, Loretto,
