  Cumberland River At Clarksville AFFECTING Montgomery County

. Water levels have risen enough to put the Cumberland River at Clarksville around
action stage. Levels will remain elevated for several days.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Clarksville
* Until Wednesday evening.
* At 5 AM Tuesday the stage was 40.0 feet.
* Action stage is 40.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 46.0 feet.
* The river will remain near or above action stage for the next few days.
* At 40.0 feet...Low lying areas along the river, including agricultural areas,
  access points, and portions of Riverfront Park on North Riverside Dr begin to
  be inundated. Water also backs up adjacent tributaries, including Bartons
  Creek, Red River, West Fork Red River, and Yellow Creek.
