...Breezy Sustained Winds With Isolated Gusts to 40 MPH Possible
across Middle Tennessee Today through the Evening Hours
Tonight...

Breezy southwest sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph are expected
across Middle Tennessee today through the evening hours tonight.
For locations along and west of the I-65 corridor, and especially
for locations along and north of I-40, isolated wind gusts up to
40 mph will be possible. This could result in loose outdoor
objects becoming vulnerable to damage from winds. A few tree
limbs from weaker non-healthy trees could break off. Isolated
power outages are certainly not out of the question. Driving could
be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles traveling
along north to south roads. Use extra caution while traveling on
area roadways through tonight. A wind advisory may be issued for
portions of if not all the above mentioned areas later today if a
more widespread gust potential for winds of 40 mph or greater
develops.
