...The flood advisory continues for the Duck River...

  Duck River At Centerville AFFECTING Hickman County

. Recent heavy rainfall caused the Buffalo River Near Lobelville to rise above
action stage. The river is expected to fall slightly, but remain above action
stage through the day. The river may fall below action stage by Saturday morning,
but additional rainfall this weekend will likely cause the river to rise again.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory is extended for
  The Duck River At Centerville
* Until Saturday morning.
* At 4 AM Friday the stage was 18.5 feet.
* Action stage is 17.0 feet. At 17.0 feet, water begins to overflow the banks.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river will gradually fall to near 17.1 feet by tomorrow morning. But, the river
  is likely to rise again through the weekend.
