...The flood advisory continues for the Duck River...

  Duck River At Centerville AFFECTING Hickman County

. Recent heavy rainfall has caused the Duck River at Centerville to climb
above Action Stage. It is expected to remain high at least through Friday
morning. Please take the necessary precautions to deal with waters overflowing
the banks near this point on the river.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

* At 08PM Thursday the stage was 18.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river is expected to fall to near 17.1 feet by Saturday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...Water begins to overflow the banks.
