...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST FRIDAY...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following areas,
  Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Cumberland, De Kalb, Fentress, Giles,
  Grundy, Marshall, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Van Buren, Warren,
  and White.

* Until 6 AM CST Friday

* Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be possible
  tonight for southeast Middle Tennessee and parts of the Plateau.
  This includes Crossville, Cookeville, McMinnville, Manchester,
  Pulaski, and Shelbyville.

* Street flooding will be a hazard for travelers. Low lying
  areas and poor drainage areas will be at risk for flash
  flooding. ALso watch for flooding along small streams.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
