...Locally Dense Fog Possible Tonight...

As we head through the nighttime hours, you can expect parts of
Middle Tennessee to become increasingly foggy. Some of that fog
could become locally dense.

Before midnight, most of the foggy areas will be east of
Interstate 65, especially between the interstate and the
Cumberland Plateau. However, as we head into the late night hours
and toward sunrise, areas of fog will likely develop across other
parts of the Mid-State as well.

Some of the fog tonight could become locally dense and
significantly reduce driving visibilities. When driving through
foggy areas, slow down and leave enough braking distance between
you and the vehicle in front of you. Watch out for pedestrians, as
well as animals that may dart across the road unexpectedly.
