...Patchy Dense Freezing Fog across Middle Tennessee this
morning...

.Patchy dense freezing fog has developed along rivers, lakes, and
low lying areas across Middle Tennessee early this morning. This
freezing fog may cause ice to form on some bridges and overpasses
and create slippery travel conditions, as well as create rapid
drops in visibility over short distances. All fog is expected to
lift by 9 AM this morning.

...FREEZING FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Freezing
Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CST this morning.

* TIMING...Through 9 AM this morning.

* VISIBILITY...Less than one quarter of a mile at times.

* IMPACTS...Ice may form on bridges and overpasses where fog
  develops and create slippery driving conditions. Rapid drops in
  visibility may also occur over short distances.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freezing Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. Also,
be alert for ice on bridges and overpasses causing slippery
roads.
