...Accumulating snow across the Cumberland Plateau this morning...

.An upper level shortwave will bring a round of snowfall to the
Cumberland Plateau. The depth of cold air in place is now deep
enough to sustain snowfall across the area. The upper level
feature will remain in place into the morning hours before
pushing southward. The precipitation will gradually end from
north to south this afternoon.

* WHAT...Snow. Accumulations of up to one inch. Up to 2 inches
  across the higher terrain of the central and southern Plateau.

* WHERE...The Cumberland Plateau region of middle Tennessee

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery conditions with snow
  covered roadways in many areas. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
