SOUTHEASTERN COFFEE...VAN BUREN...EASTERN WARREN...GRUNDY AND
SOUTHEASTERN WHITE COUNTIES UNTIL 1130 PM CST...

At 1055 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles south of McMinnville, moving east at 45 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
McMinnville, Spencer, Gruetli-Laager, Tracy City, Monteagle,
Altamont, Coalmont, Palmer, Beersheba Springs, Viola, Hillsboro,
Pelham, Fall Creek Falls State Park and Fiery Gizzard State Park.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 120 and 135.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
