...The flood advisory continues for the Cumberland River...

  Cumberland River At Clarksville affecting Montgomery County

. The Cumberland River at Clarksville has crested at around 40.8 feet and will
continue to fall through Wednesday afternoon.  Any additional rainfall over the
next couple of days will be light and no additional rises are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Clarksville
* Until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 06PM Tuesday the stage was 40.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 46.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 38.5 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 40.0 feet...Low lying areas along the river, including agricultural areas,
  access points, and portions of Riverfront Park on North Riverside Dr begin to
  be inundated. Water also backs up adjacent tributaries, including Bartons
  Creek, Red River, West Fork Red River, and Yellow Creek.
