National Weather Service Nashville TN

...Patchy Frost Expected in Middle Tennessee...

.The first chilly air of fall has moved into Middle Tennessee, and
along with that comes the potential for scattered frost. Late
tonight into Wednesday morning, a few patches of frost are
possible, mainly in low lying areas.

Patchy frost will be possible late Wednesday night into Thursday
morning as well. Looking ahead, another cold front will bring the
potential for more widespread frost and some freezing temperatures
early next week.

Take action now to protect the most sensitive plants for tonight
and Wednesday night.

Those interested in frost or freezing conditions should monitor
updated forecasts, especially for the colder air expected this
weekend.
