The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Smith County in Middle Tennessee...
  Central Jackson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Sumner County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Macon County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northern Trousdale County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1045 PM CDT

* At 846 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms continue to develop and move across the advisory
  area. Radar estimates 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen in some
  locations this evening. This will cause minor flooding in the
  advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lafayette, Gainesboro, Hartsville, Westmoreland, Cottontown,
  Bethpage, Whitleyville, Oak Grove and Pleasant Shade.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. Remember - Turn Around Don't Drown.
