* At 1211 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles
  southwest of McMinnville, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
