...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM CST
FOR SOUTHEASTERN SMITH...NORTHEASTERN DE KALB...SOUTHERN JACKSON AND
WESTERN PUTNAM COUNTIES...

At 1032 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Baxter, or 10
miles west of Cookeville, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Baxter, Center Hill Lake, Burgess Falls State Park and
Edgar Evans State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
