The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Pickett County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Fentress County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1045 PM CDT

* At 850 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms continuing to move across the area. Radar estimates
  over two inches of rain has fallen in the past hour across eastern
  Pickett County near Pickett State Park. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area especially in valleys and other low
  lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Pall Mall and Pickett State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.
