...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHEASTERN DAVIDSON AND
SOUTHWESTERN SUMNER COUNTIES UNTIL 615 PM CDT...

At 543 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Old Hickory, or 7 miles northeast of Nashville. This storm was nearly
stationary.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Madison, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, Lakewood, Hermitage and Old
Hickory.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
