            LOCATIONS REPORTED WATER ON THE ROADWAY... BUT NO ROADS
            WERE CLOSED AT THE TIME OF THE CALL. WATER ON THE ROADS
            AT UNIVERSITY AND FRANKLIN... PAVER STREET AND
            PROVIDENCE BLVD... 3800 BLOCK OF MARLA CIRCLE... AND
            I-24 NEAR THE STATE LINE.

            PAST HOUR. WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE DISPATCH OFFICE SHE
            SAID THEY HAD A REPORT OF WATER ON HULSEY ROAD AND
            HIGHWAY 52. NO ROAD WERE CLOSED AT THE TIME I SPOKE WITH
            DISPATCH.

            COUNTY WIDE. SOME MINOR MUD SLIDES ONSECONDARY ROADS
            NOTED. SMALL STRUCTURE STRUCK BY LIGHTNING WHICH
            RESULTED IN A FIRE AND THAT STRUCTURE BURNED TO THE
            GROUND.
