This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Afternoon heat index values will top out in the 100 to 106 degree
range for areas west of the Cumberland Plateau, where a Heat
Advisory remains in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

More hot weather is expected on Sunday...and a Heat Advisory
continues for areas west of the Cumberland Plateau. In addition,
scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected to develop Sunday
afternoon and evening, especially in areas north of Interstate 40
and east of Interstate 65. A few of those storms could become
strong to severe, with damaging winds, hail and heavy downpours.
