* At 06AM Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet...and falling.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 9.6 feet by this afternoon.
* At 10.0 feet...Water inundates low lying areas and agricultural land along the
  river.
