...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 AM CST FOR
MONTGOMERY...STEWART...HOUSTON AND ROBERTSON COUNTIES...

At 611 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area is ending. However, radar estimates and rain gauge reports
indicate 3 to 5 inches of rain fell across the area in the past 24
hours. Several roadways remain flooded and closed, including Highway
79 at International Boulevard in Clarksville. With rainfall now
ending, flood waters will gradually recede across the warned area
this morning.


Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarksville, Springfield, Dover, Erin, White House, Greenbrier,
Coopertown, Cross Plains, Tennessee Ridge, Big Rock, Orlinda, Adams,
Cedar Hill, Cumberland City, Palmyra, Woodlawn, Houston County
Airport, Land Between The Lakes, Indian Mound and Cunningham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
