* At 529 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Radar estimated one to three
  inches of rain have already fallen. An additional one inch or
  more of rain is possible this morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Columbia, Lawrenceburg, Hohenwald, Centerville, Waynesboro, Linden,
  Spring Hill, Mount Pleasant, Collinwood, Summertown, Clifton,
  Lobelville, Ethridge, Gordonsburg, Kimmins, Henryville, Flatwoods,
