...FIRST MEASURABLE SNOW OF THE YEAR TUESDAY MORNING...

.The first measurable snow of the season is likely to occur
Tuesday morning across the northern Cumberland Plateau counties
of Middle Tennessee as a cold front brings much colder air to the
area tonight. The highest snow accumulations of up to 1 inch are
expected along the western edge of the Cumberland Plateau from
around Monterey to Jamestown, with lower amounts of generally one
half inch or less elsewhere in the advisory area.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 10 AM
CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions,
  including during the morning commute on Tuesday. Total snow
  accumulations of up to one inch are expected.

* WHERE...Pickett, eastern Putnam, Overton, Fentress and
  Cumberland County.

* WHEN...5 AM to 10 AM Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Look for reduced visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
