The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Wayne County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Lawrence County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1215 AM CDT

* At 1011 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated locally heavy thunderstorm
  rains continuing in the advisory area...which will likely cause
  minor flooding...especially in low lying and poorly drained areas.
  Doppler radar indicates that between one and two inches of rain
  has already fallen over parts of the advisory area...and an
  additional inch or so of rain may occur through 11 pm.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Iron City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
