...The flood advisory continues for the Duck River...

  Duck River Near Hurricane Mills AFFECTING Humphreys County

. The Duck River at Hurricane Mills is expected to crest late tonight
and only slowly recede during the day on Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 9 PM Monday the stage was 20.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 21.0 feet Tuesday morning.
* The river will then fall to near 20.6 feet by Wednesday morning.
* At 22.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 are flooded
  and may be impassable.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 begin to
  flood and there is significant flooding of agricultural land along the river
  from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of agricultural land and other low lying areas along
  the river begin to flood from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
