Duck River At Columbia AFFECTING Maury County
. The Duck River in Columbia continues to remain above action stage but the
river will continue to fall today.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory is extended for
The Duck River At Columbia
* Until this afternoon.
* At 07AM Monday the stage was 31.5 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 17.1 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 30.0 ft...In Columbia water begins to inundate the low lying
portions of the municipal park and riverwalk and the Riverside
Elementary School athletic fields. Water approaches Highway 247 near
Williamsport.
* At 32.0 feet...Flood waters overflow the banks and low lying areas near
Columbia begin to flood.
