  Duck River Near Hurricane Mills AFFECTING Humphreys County

.Heavy rainfall over the weekend has caused the Duck River to rise above action
stage at Hurricane Mills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The National Weather Service in Nashville, Tn has issued a
* Flood Advisory for
  The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* At 4AM Monday the stage was 20.2 feet.
* Action stage is 20.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* The river will crest later today then fall to near 19.0 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 begin to
  flood and there is significant flooding of agricultural land along the river
  from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
