the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Piney River Near Vernon AFFECTING Hickman County
  Wartrace Creek Near Wartrace AFFECTING Bedford County

.Heavy rains over the past 24 hours have caused rises along the Piney River and Wartrace Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Piney River Near Vernon
* At 09AM Saturday the stage was 11.9 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* At 10.0 feet...Water begins to overflow the natural banks and inundates low
  lying areas along the river from Interstate 40 to near Pinewood, Nunnelly, and
  down to the Duck River.
