The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Wayne County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Perry County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 600 PM CDT

* At 256 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with amounts of
  1 to 1.5 inches falling in a short period of time. This will cause
  minor flooding of smaller creeks and streams in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Linden, Mousetail Landing State Park and Flatwoods, as well as
  tributaries of the Buffalo River and other areas near Linden.
  These include Hurricane Creek, Rockhouse Creek, Sinking Creek and
  Cedar Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
