The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Jackson County in northeastern Alabama...
  Southeastern Franklin County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 600 PM CDT

* At 525 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest
  of Skyline, or 18 miles south of Winchester, moving northeast at 45
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 455 PM, there were several reports of
           hail to the size of quarters with these storms in Madison
           County.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cowan, Monteagle, Sewanee, Anderson, Hytop, Jericho, Estillfork,
  St. Andrews, Sherwood and Larkin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

and northeastern Alabama...and Middle Tennessee.
