WINDS TO MIDDLE TENNESSEE THROUGHOUT THE DAY. SOUTH WINDS OF 10
TO 20 MPH THIS MORNING WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
TO 45 MPH BY THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL PEAK THIS EVENING AS AN
