...Crossville had its warmest October in more than 30 years and
the driest since 2000...

The temperature for October averaged 62.6 degrees which is 5.6
degrees above normal. The average high was 75.3 degrees and the
average low was 49.8 degrees. The warmest temperature was 85
degrees on the 19th and THE coldest was 34 degrees on the 23rd.
