...The Flood Advisory continues for the Red River...

  Red River At Port Royal AFFECTING Montgomery and Robertson Counties

. Rainfall from Thursday caused the Red River at Port Royal to go into Action
Stage.  While the river has crested and is on it's way back down, the Red River
at Port Royal is not expected to fall below Action Stage until after 7 AM
Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Red River At Port Royal
* Until Saturday morning.
* At 8 PM Friday the stage was 28.0 feet.
* Flood Stage is 30 feet.
* Action Stage is 25 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 17.0 feet by Sunday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
