...BREEZY WINDS AND LOW RH VALUES TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

.TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB WELL INTO THE 60S THIS AFTERNOON. WITH
LOWER DEW POINTS CAUSING RH VALUES TO FALL INTO THE 23-28 PERCENT
RANGE AND A TIGHTENING SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT CAUSING 15-20 MPH
SURFACE WINDS WITH HIGHER GUSTS...IT LOOKS LIKE WE SHOULD COME
VERY CLOSE...IF NOT MEET RED FLAG CRITERIA IN SEVERAL SPOTS
THIS AFTERNOON. DISPERSION RATES WILL BE VERY GOOD TUESDAY
AFTERNOON.

PLEASE NOTE THAT COORDINATION WITH THE TN AG DEPT WILL BE TAKING PLACE
SHORTLY IN REGARD TO THE POTENTIAL FOR A RED FLAG WARNING FOR
TODAY. FOR NOW...WILL OPT TO LET THE WATCH PRODUCT CONTINUE UNTIL
7 AM THIS MORNING...BUT A DECISION TO UPGRADE TO A RED FLAG
WARNING WILL BE MADE BY THAT TIME. EITHER WAY...THE WATCH WILL
TERMINATE BY 7AM. ANOTHER FIRE WEATHER FORECAST WILL BE ISSUED AS
