EXCEPT NORTHWESTERN PORTIONS...THROUGH NOON...
...A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR LOCATIONS ACROSS NORTHERN
MIDDLE TENNESSEE AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH 6 AM CST THURSDAY...

.A STRONG UPPER LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL BEGIN TO MOVE EASTWARD AS
THE MORNING HOURS PROGRESS...WITH SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS STILL
POSSIBLE FOR LOCATIONS MAINLY ALONG AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 65.
ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM AROUND ONE HALF
OF AN INCH UP TO AROUND TWO INCHES ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS
OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU REGION.

MAJOR TRAVEL IMPACTS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST THE REMAINDER
OF THE MORNING HOURS. LIKELY...TRAVEL PROBLEMS WILL LAST IN MANY
AREAS ALL THE WAY INTO FRIDAY AFTERNOON SINCE TEMPERATURES ARE
